Life’s Too Short For Measurements!

So you may notice that most of my recipes do not contain exact measurements. This is mostly because I don’t have the time to be measuring ingredients but also because I am an instinctive cook, tasting and adjusting to make the flavour I am after. Especially as an ingredient can taste different depending on where it’s sourced, how ripe it is etc. Also, I think everyone’s tastebuds are so different so I like to leave a lot up to interpretation.
